If you want a refund, please send us an email with the exact email address that you used when you paid for the donation, in order to expedite your refund.
We will try to respond to all inquiries, as soon as possible, but please do allow us 72 hours to reply. If you send us an email, please add in the subject line "helpassyrian.com" and the topic of your inquiry.
